Very pleasant read, Bob, in essence it is about being present, right?
One thing that stuck out like a nail for me was the part where you said ... as usual... and then again ... as usual.
Often our MBS presents us with these opportunities to re-think and try out something new, move off the worn path so to speak.

I won't enter the debate on scientific evidence for medications with you...(I retired from nursing because I was facing huge ethical dilemmas about the workings of the pharmaceutical mafia...nuff said), each to their own, if it works for you that's great.

I must admit. The heading scared me. I read many places where folks are not taking their chemotherapy for herbal suppliments. This is a huge worry. Many people in this country are dying of their own stupidity. If you have a cold, no big, you got a cold. Take the cold meds, don't take the cold meds. Either way you will recover. HOwever I have been reading how folks now refuse chemo and radiation over chiropracters and nutrition. And that is a huge worry. Nutrition cannot cure your breast Cancer. I believe you didn't mean to say yoga can cure your cold. but I worry. Glad to read the bottom sentance. That made me feel better.
