rekindled the fire, offering the body into the kunda performing agnihotra through attending bikram classes, after years, overcome by amazement of the memory effect of the body and immersed into 90 day challenge with 57, and attended 7 month after uniterrupted practice, a teacher training seminar in India!

Everything is possible, if one follows the path devoted to it, step, by step and through due course becomes the Bow, the arrow and the target!

I’ve got a routine going with my mom (age 83): she complains about how stiff she is, I suggest yoga, she grumbles something about how she hates yoga (having gone to a class at some point a few years ago) because she can’t stand people telling her what to do with her body. A week or two ago, though, having explained how a private session with one of the yoga teachers I know would work (just sit down with her, she’ll ask what you can use help with, you tell her, she’ll suggest make some suggestions) I think I may have made some progress, but we’ll see…. Meanwhile, I’ll check out your Elephant Journal article…
